My name is Christine Gilbey I am 55 Years of age, married with 4 sons aged 12 to 26. I also have 2 Mad Dogs, Tropical Fish and Koi Carp in a pond in the garden, and I breed Guinea Pigs as a hobby.
I have been an Avon Representative for 34 Years, have never missed placing an order. I started as a representative to help out with the household bills. I became a Sales Leader 5 years ago, instead of going back to work for someone else.

Mainly
by dropping brochures to a designated Area or just to
Friends/Family/Work Colleagues. You can do Party Plan if you so
wish, but there are no targets to meet and no pressure.
What
training and support is offered?
Full
Training and support is given to new Representatives, we go back to
see them 3 times to ensure they know all that is needed to run their
business successfully. The
same applies to Sales Leadership Full Training and Support is
provided.
