My name is Sam Cox and I signed up with creative memories 18 months
ago when my little boy was 9 weeks old. I wanted a job that I could
fit around the children as i also had a 2yr old little girl.
I already
did albums and loved doing pages for them and decided that this could
be a great oppertunity as i could build my business totallly around
what i needed as a also run a brownie group so time was limited and
with child care being so pricey it was a job i could do when my
husband was at home so i signed on the dotted line and have not
looked back since.
I totally love my job i help peole to preserve their memories and re
live them what a better job could thier be! I meet new people all the
time and get to share so many fantastic stories and meet such
inspiring people i love it, it dousent even feel like work!
the commision is fantastic and higher than any other party planning
company i have come across and i have had free spa days 100's of
pounds of product and merchandise as incentives given to me as well
as the recognition you are given.
never before in a job have i been recognised for the hard work i did
but that has changed and it is so regfreshing!
i know have my own team of consultants who i train and hold monthly
meetings all from my own house and a trip to pre school the otherday
to collect my daughter i sold another £60 of product as well as
being paid to do my job whilst my kids are asleep up stairs sat on my
own sofa!
i have had so much training and support from my uplaine and the company its been brilliant.

products/services do you provide to sell?
Photo
albums of all sizes and varieties, all are photo safe products,
traditional scrapbooking products, storage solutions, including
digital, and gift ideas relating to photographs.
What does your company offer?
Party plan, purchasing of products, earning opportunities in a flexible
job.
What can someone joining your company realistically expect to earn?
Average earning nationally
from a party is £45, so income is in relation to how many
parties they want to hold.
Does stock have to be bought in advance and stored by the distributor?
No, but some product
selection is helpful to show. A lot is in the starter kit.
Are there any restrictions on earnings?

Are there territories in which you have to sell within?
No
Does someone joining your opportunity have to meet certain criteria or
targets?
No. There are additional incentives for reaching certain targets but it is up to
you to choose whether you want to do that or not. It really is up
to you.
What sets your opportunity apart from the others?
It
is different from the familiar party plan companies and the market
place is everyone with photos!
What are the ways in which you can earn money from your opportunity?
Parties, email orders,
ladies nights, workshops, school, community and craft fairs,
courses, demonstrations (eg. To WI groups) , repeat orders from past
customers, catalogues.
What bonuses and incentives do you have and how easily achieved are they?
- Consistency bonus for orders in a calendar quarter of £500 or more each month is £100 in cash at the end of that calendar quarter
- at £750 or more is an additional 5% commission in that month and £200 cash at the end of that calendar quarter
- as a leader an additional 10% commission on monthly orders of £1250 or more; therefore 45% commission.
- There are many additional incentives of trips, products, gifts and so on running all the time. I have achieved many of them over the 6 years I have been a Consultant.
