What training and support is offered?
We provide a comprehensive training manual, supported by video downloads and additional training materials on our consultants only area of our website. Every consultant has a manager as a point of contact and support and head office is just a call or email away. We also hold training meetings at least twice a year for ongoing support.
What are the basic initial commission rates?
Commission starts at 25% and rises to 30% depending on your sales levels. Managers also earn commission from their teams sales.
What products/services do you provide to sell?
925 fine Sterling Silver jewellery and Charm beads.
What does your company offer?
Our hostesses earn 15% commission in goods and are given a free gift regardless of sales levels. We also have offers of up to 50% selected items for all customers on a monthly basis. Our consultants earn up to 30% commission on all sales including website referrals. We hold monthly incentives, competitions, team prize giving's etc.
What can someone joining your company realistically expect to earn?
Our average party is £250 so a new consultant would earn £62.50 per party at the start.
Does stock have to be bought in advance and stored by the distributor?
No stock needs to be purchased in advance the only outlay is for your initial demonstration kit.
Are there any restrictions on earnings?
No we don't cap earnings!
Are there territories in which you have to sell within?
We don't set territories.
Does someone joining your opportunity have to meet certain criteria or targets?
No we simply ask that you give your new venture a fair chance, you will only every get back what you put in!
What sets your opportunity apart from the others?
We are a family run company that really understands the constraints of working around your home life. We don't set targets or hassle you for bookings, we don't ask for our kits back if you fail to hold a certain amount of parties in an allotted timescale. We feel you should be able to work as little or often as you want, after all it is only you that can decide how much money you really want to earn!
What are the ways in which you can earn money from your opportunity?
Party Plan or website referrals. Some consultants do door drops and pamper events etc too.
What bonuses and incentives do you have and how easily achieved are they?
We have different incentives each month, these range from Sat Nav systems, digital cameras, free jewellery, stationery, pamper gifts. Normally is sales or product based i.e.; reach £750 in sales this month for £100 of free jewellery.

We include most stationery items in your kit to get you partying straight away. We produce 2 catalogues a year March and September and the price of these is currently £6.00 for 10. A hostess pack is the only other additional outlay per party which is £6.50. This includes a hostess gift valued at up to £25, hostess invitations, hostess planner and a catalogue.
