What type of selling is involved?
It is direct selling – we teach ladies skincare and makeup in their own home with small numbers (upto 6) – everyone will try the products on their face, we personalise the products to match skintone, skintype. We also offer makeup lessons on a 1:1. You can sell products online, through catalogues, however the philosophy of the company is that you try before you buy, and there is no obligation to purchase.

What training and support is offered?
There is great company support with literature, dvd’s, workshops. Then there is ongoing training with your director in the area that you live, or with another director if your directors training is too far to travel. This are held either weekly or monthly, depending on the director. We also have two huge company events, one in March and one in September.

The commission rates for selling are 30 or 40%. To earn 40% you must retail £350 in one month, and then the 40% carries over for the next two months, even if you just order 1 item you would receive 40%. To qualify for 30% you have to retail £185 every 3 months. Most consultants are on 40%

The company have ongoing incentives, competitions etc., you can win diamonds, holidays, cars, and also lots of smaller items for the lady or man that does this as a hobby or small part time job.

Is there anything else you would like to say about your opportunity?
I became a consultant 10 years ago, with no experience in the beauty industry, only ever working in offices. I had no idea what I was doing, however with the support and belief from others around me, I grew into a confident lady that now runs her own business, and hopefully inspires others to do the same. I have a small team of ladies from all walks of life who have become consultants for all different reasons, however we all love what we are doing, and that’s making others feel and look good.
