We started Tish Tash Toys back in 2005 and named our family company after our daughter Natasha. Her baby pet name was “Tish Tash”. We've since had a son, Alexander and our business is growing extremely well.

Tish Tash Toys started

involved?
Each agent runs their own
business and chooses to sell however they feel comfortable. This
could be running toy parties and coffee mornings or selling at local
fairs, fetes and festivals. Some agents enjoy taking the toys to
playgroups, parent and toddler's and nurseries and they sell to
friends and family using our impressive product catalogues.
What training and
support is offered?
Each Tish Tash Toys agent
has a Personal Support Manager plus access to regular online training
sessions. Agents have access to Tish Tash Toys forum 24 hours a day,
and use resources on the agent only area of the Tish Tash Toys
website. Tish Tash Toys also runs the Party Plan Together website
which is another valuable resource for agents.

What are the basic
initial commission rates?
Agents receive discounts
of between 10% and 20% on their orders. Personal Support Managers
receive commission on their team orders plus up to 25% discount on
their own orders.
What products/services
do you provide to sell?
Tish Tash Toys sells a
range of good quality educational toys for children under the age of
ten. Many of our toys are wooden, traditional and environmentally
friendly and our agents and customers love our reasonable prices and
personal service via their friendly local agent.
What does your company
offer?
An opportunity to earn
extra if you have small children, or another job. Our agents also
love the fact that they can get out and about, meet new people and
make new friends. You can also become a manager.
What can someone
joining your company realistically expect to earn?
Earnings are based upon
what you put into your business. Some agents choose to work a couple
of hours a week and are happy to earn a few pounds a week. Others
sell thousands of pounds worth of toys each month and earn up to 25%
of this.
Does stock have to be
bought in advance and stored by the distributor?
No, agents do not have to
store stock but some agents choose to if they do a lot of events.

No, agents do not have the
pressure of targets, only fun incentives and bonuses from time to
time. Managers do have targets and bonuses.

various bonuses and incentives from month to month. For example, free
toys or vouchers if you reach a certain sales threshold. We've given
away Tiffany jewellery to top agents plus goody bags and other treats
as rewards.

Absolutely. It's an
opportunity anyone could take up and be successful with. No need for
any prior knowledge of the direct sales industry as training is
given.
