Catalst Counselling

Headed by Graham Baldwin, Catalyst offer counselling to exit from cults and abusive relationships. Headquarters moved from London to Nottinghamshire.

Formerly in Wimbledon, Catalyst still offer legal assistance in all matters to do with cults and controlling cult leaders. Plans are currently in motion to open a centre where abused individuals can come and stay, receiving counselling as required.

Advice can be sought from families who have lost loved ones to the control of abusive and controlling groups, both in a religious capacity and through internet grooming. Advice can be given to people who come from different religious backgrounds who wish to marry.

Fees are required to support the work, but Graham Baldwin and the team never refuse help to anyone unable to contribute financially. The Catalyst website features news on the proposed Barnabas Project. Catalyst are the only centre offering help from cults and sects in Europe.

Their programme includes help and training for teachers, solicitors, the police, doctors and ministers.
