What is Network Marketing?
Many of these Direct Sales opportunities offer a network leadership opportunity which is referred to as network marketing (often called multi level marketing) in which to distribute and sell their products.
Network Marketing is regulated by the Direct Selling Association.
Network Marketing offers everyone the same opportunity to make the same money no matter where about you are in the chain. It’s not for everyone and is certainly not a get rich quick scheme. It takes discipline and hard work to make good money. However the reason I love network marketing is because everyone starts from the same place and has the same opportunity. You buy the same starter kit as the person earning £30,000 a year did and you are given the same tools and coaching.
Network marketing does what it says on the box. It’s networking, you share the opportunity with people and teach them how to do what you do and the company rewards you for this. Instead of the company paying out money for advertising and training people to sell for them they pay you to do this for them. A good compensation plan rewards everyone even those not earning thousands, it rewards for hard work.
It is extremely important to choose the right Sponsor when joining a network marketing company. The only way you can join is through another distributor and they become your sponsor. This is the person that will teach you and show you what you need to do to reach the level you want to reach within the company. They become your mentor.
It does not matter if your sponsor lives the other side of the country, we have wonderful technology these days in which to communicate with one another. When speaking to a person about joining an opportunity ensure you get on with that person and can relate to one another. Find out their story and experiences within the company. You need to sign up with someone who you know will be committed to your success and has the tools to get you where you want to be.
When choosing your sponsor remember that everyone has to start from the beginning just as you will. Don’t discard a person as your sponsor because they are not earning a large income or been with the company very long. Often these people will be even more determined to succeed and you will both have the enthusiasm to grow your business.
I believe as do many others that network marketing is fast becoming the future as it offers ordinary people the chance to earn and live a lifestyle they could not otherwise achieve. You don’t need a big investment but the earning potential is unlimited. Network Marketing works when People work.
